    If, by unusual circumstances, there is anything wrong with the condition of the item you ordered, we will aim to replace or refund provided. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of goods being delivered. The buyer is responsible for postage costs.

    Free replacement will be sent for all lost or damaged in transit items where possible. For items damaged in transit we will need to have pictures of the damaged item and packaging in order to make a claim with our couriers.
